Bogus Creek Ranch spans over 460 acres. A water right on 50 acres of this property comes from the Bogus Creek. The Bogus Creek runs through the property from east to west. The Ranch sets down in the Bogus Creek Canyon, which is approximately 1/2 mile wide and 3 miles long. It is a remote area offering you a serene lifestyle.

The house, or cabin, is very rustic. It was built in the early 1900's. The house water is provided by a natural spring. There is no access to power except by a generator, if one chooses. The Owyhee River is approximately one mile from the Ranch property. There is two accesses to the river from the Ranch. Also accessible from the Ranch is a dirt air strip, located about 2 miles from the Ranch. There is also room to create an air strip on the ranch property itself.

Hunting and fishing are two activities which are to be enjoyed on the Ranch year round. There is an abundance of upland game birds and water fowl, in their respected seasons. The area is also a year round habitat for deer. Big Horn Sheep can also be spotted in the area, on the Owyhee River. Elk are also becoming more familiar in the High Desert and are often spotted in the area after having wintered in the Bogus Creek area on occasion.
